Can't find a trial? Use the age group, position, and location filters on the Trials page.
Payment Issues
Payments are made by manual bank transfer. Use the bank details shown at checkout and upload your receipt to confirm.
Profile Not Showing
Make sure your profile is fully set up in your Dashboard. All fields are required for your profile to appear in Discover.
Subscription Help
Manage or cancel your Pro/Scout subscription anytime from Dashboard → Settings.
Account & Privacy
To request data deletion or a profile removal, use the Delete Profile option in your Dashboard or contact us directly.
